Allston/Brighton

At some point, Allston and Brighton were two clearly separate entities. But as the City of Boston grew together, the line was blurred such that, while some sections are definitely Brighton, and some sections are definitely Allston, it's pretty tricky to tell exactly where one ends and another begins. Of course, that doesn't mean we're not going to try, but I, and I think most other people, are content treating the two entities as a unit at the Neighborhood level.

Future Work
Aside from the Allston/Brighton division, I know people in the neighborhood break it down into several other areas: Brighton Center, North Allston, South Allston, Packard's Corner, Allston Rock City, etc. A map focused solely on the neighborhood might be a good project for someone who knows the area better/has more free time.
